CEO & Chairman of Cari-Med and Kirk Distributors Ltd. Dr Glen Christian, had the full attention of the audience as he spoke about his philosophy of employee engagement. He was part of a panel of CEOs at the recent forum on ‘Transformational Leadership in Jamaica: Tangible Applications in Business’ staged by the Alumni of the Mona School of Business and Management on Wednesday, November 3. His fellow panellists were Richard Byles – Sagicor President and CEO, and William Mahfood, Chairman of Wisynco. The forum was staged by the Alumni of the Mona School of Business and Management.
