Union Gardens Infant School on Track for September Opening
September 1, 2015 10:58 amOn Friday, August 28, Prime Minister Hon. Portia Simpson Miller and Minister of Education, Hon. Ronald Thwaites led a tour of the construction site of the Union Gardens Infant School in South-West Andrew. The school is expected to receive its first group of students in September.

Chairman & CEO Glen Christian looks on. The Union Gardens Infant School , located in Southwest St. Andrew, will welcome 150 students aged 3 ½ to 5 years when it opens in September. The Cari-Med/Kirk Distributors Foundation is a member of the Union Gardens Foundation which has spearheaded construction of the school.

The occasion was a tour of the school construction site led by the Prime Minister and Minister of Education on Friday, August 28. Construction of the school has been spearheaded by the Union Gardens Foundation.
