HOW TO ENTER:

  • Purchase any Duracell batteries valuing at least $1,000 after tax in participating stores island wide.
  • Complete the entry form online by scanning the QR Code and follow the instructions,
  • Or fill out the physical entry form provided and attach proof of purchase (receipt),
  • Or write your Name, Contact Number, Email (optional), and Slogan on the back of your receipt and drop in the boxes provided.
  • Correctly complete the Slogan: THIS CHRISTMAS CHOOSE DURACELL (TH_S CHR_STM_S CH_OS_ DUR_C_LL)
  • There will be six (6) winners in total of two (2) 55” Samsung Smart TV & four (4) Cash Prizes valuing $50,000 JMD each.

  • Total Value for 2 TV’s: $195,497.70

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • Enter as often as you wish.
  • Receipts must clearly show the following information: Transaction or Receipt Number, Date of Purchase, Description & quantity of Duracell Batteries, Name of store/outlet and the dollar value of Duracell batteries purchased.
  • All Duracell batteries distributed by Cari-Med Group Limited are eligible for this promotion.
  • At the end of the promotion, all eligible entries will be processed for selection.
  • All entries will be retrieved from online submission, along with entries from stores island wide, and will be combined and stored in a box until draw date. All entry forms will be collected from the stores at least 3 days before the draw date.
  • There will be (3) back up selections for each prize winner. All back up winners will be randomly selected using the same method used to select the original winners. The TV prizes will be drawn first, then the cash prizes draw will follow.
  • Three (3) consecutive attempts will be made to contact the winner after which another winner will be selected from the backups drawn. Contact will be made via the phone number submitted on entry.
  • Employees of Cari-Med and their immediate families within household (families: spouse, children) will not be eligible to enter.

PRIZE REDEMPTION:

  • Must be 18 years and older to enter and redeem prizes.
  • Non-cash prizes must be collected at Cari-Med, 20 Lady Musgrave Rd, Kingston 10. Cash prizes will be wired to the winners’ respective accounts after verifying banking information along with valid identification. Winners will be contacted within 24 hours of selection.
  • All prizes must be redeemed by February 13, 2026. Unclaimed prizes will remain the property of Cari-Med.
  • To collect prizes (cash or non-cash), each winner will be asked to produce a valid Government issued picture ID (Driver License, Electoral ID, Passport).
  • Winners will be randomly selected (hand drawn) from the pool of entries on the draw date noted above. This will be done at Cari-Med, 20 Lady Musgrave Road at 10:00am.
  • Prizes are non-transferrable; non-cash prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • By entering this promotion, the entrant accepts and agrees to the full terms, conditions, and rules of this promotion. Where necessary, winners must make themselves available for photographs and other public relations related appearances. Failure to appear for public relations activities will result in winner forfeiting prize.
